Award Winning Videographer Joins Summer Stage Staff

Multi-award winning videographer, Michael Licisyn of Turnersville, New Jersey will be joining the Summer Stage staff at Mainstage Center for the Arts as director of the Film Camp geared for youth entering 8th through 12th grade.
Michael Licisyn, a graduate of Rowan University and Washington Township High School, has received multiple awards over the past four years at the The Garden State Film Festival, The Delaware Valley Film Festival, The First Glance Film Festival in Philadelphia, and the Cannes International Film Festival. He has produced and directed music videos for musical artists such as Rich Cronin, formerly of LFO and VH1’s Mission; Manband, Doug Ray, formerly of Bad Ronald and theme song to “Super Size Me, MC Lars, The Nitty Gritty, The COW Project and Jonny Hakun.
Mr. Licisyn will be joining the Summer Stage staff as director of the Video Film Production Camp, a seven – week, Monday through Friday, program geared to those entering 8th through 12th grade in the fall. This camp is designed to take students through the entire process of creating a short film, from screenwriting and storyboarding to shooting and editing. Participants will create their own short film to be premiered on August 8th.
