Video Film Production (Entering 8th Grade-12th Grade) Limited Class Size- Register Early
This summer program is designed to take students through the entire process of creating a short film. From screenwriting and story boarding to shooting and editing. Participants will create their own short films to be premiered on August 5th. Throughout the summer, students will have the opportunity to express their creativity by directing various film shoots and experimental projects. Documentary and interview skills will also be learned. In addition, students will have the opportunity to use advanced editing programs such as Final Cut.
Interviews are required and will be conducted by appointment during the May 5th Summer Stage Open House/In-person Registration Event. A character reference letter is required by or before the interview.
