Financial Aid

Financial aid is available based on demonstrated financial need. As part of the application process, families will be asked to provide proof of household income (such as pay stubs, W-2s, or tax returns). If there are any special circumstances affecting your financial situation, you are welcome to include that. Note: All submissions are reviewed confidentially.

This flexible structure allows students to build confidence, develop performance skills, and continue growing as young performers while staying connected to the vibrant performing arts community at Mainstage.

Terms & Conditions

Non-Refundable Fees: All fees, including but not limited to registration fees, administrative fees, or any family fees, are non-refundable. If a recipient withdraws from the class or is asked to leave for any reason, no part of these fees will be returned.
Forfeiture of Financial Aid: A recipient who voluntarily withdraws from the program or is asked to leave will forfeit their financial aid for the current term.
Future Eligibility: Students who withdraw from the program or are removed for disciplinary or other reasons may forfeit their eligibility for future financial aid. This determination will be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the financial aid committee.
Acknowledgment: By accepting financial aid, the recipient and their family agree to adhere to all terms and conditions outlined above.
Maximum Annual Amount: Each student is eligible for up to $1500.00 in financial aid per calendar year across all programs.
Payment Plans: Payment plans are available upon request.
