Color B&W In the 35th year of Summer Stage, our MT Kidz Program continues to build its new look. Campers who only want a taste of theater can join us for one session, while those who wish to immerse themselves more can participate in both sessions and take part in two major productions. MT Kidz is an excellent place for kids ages 5 to 7 to build confidence, performance skills, and long-lasting friendships. This half-day program can be supplemented with STORY TO STAGE and STAGE KEY if needed to match parent or guardian work schedules. Read more below.

STORY TO STAGE
Students will adapt their favorite fairy tale stories from the page to the stage! The class will begin by reading their favorite fairy tales and then working together as a group to create an on-stage adaptation to perform on the final day of camp. Students will create their script, set, and costumes while making their fairy tale into a show! In order to participate camper must also be enrolled in MT Kidz.

Stage Key is a before and aftercare program designed to assist working parents as you work to fit your child’s love for the arts into your busy work schedule.
Prices are quoted for the duration of your child’s program and can not be prorated.

If payment for this program is a financial burden for your family, a partial scholarship is available based on financial need. A short application is required (link below) with proof of income. After the application is processed, you will be notified within 10 days if your child qualifies for a partial scholarship.

When you register you will be directed to a Paypal site which will collect the registration fees. At that time, you can choose various methods to make your payment. Mainstage will not be able to accept partial payments, however, a credit card, Paypal Credit (where you have up to 6 months to pay with no interest) or Paypal Pay in 4 (where you can make four payments without interest) will provide you the opportunity to pay through installments. Once we meet our quota for students in a program, we will begin a waiting list. We will accept registrants in the order in which they register so please get your registration in early.
