The Blackwood Pumpkin Festival is one of South Jersey’s largest fall festivals, featuring over 200+ vendors, live entertainment, family activities, and thousands of visitors from across the region.

- Date: Sunday, October 4, 2026 (Rain Date: Sunday, October 11, 2026)
- Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Craft & Merchandise
Vendors
Craft and merchandise vendors are invited to sell handmade goods, art, specialty items, and retail merchandise during the festival. This category also includes nonprofit organizations wishing to promote their mission or fundraise.
Vendor Space Information
Vendor spaces are 10’x10’.
- All merchandise and displays must fit within the assigned space
- Vendors must provide their own tables and displays
- Electricity is not available
- Most vendor spaces can accommodate tents, but this cannot be guaranteed
Vendor Fees
- Nonprofit Vendors: $80 per space (Must provide state-assigned nonprofit status number)
- For-Profit Vendors: $120 per space
Discounts may be available for vendors purchasing multiple spaces.
Food Vendors
Food vendors are a key part of the festival experience, offering a wide range of food and beverages to thousands of attendees throughout the day.
Vendor Space Information
Food vendor spaces are designed to accommodate food preparation, cooking equipment, and service areas.
- Vendors must provide their own tables and displays
- Electricity is not available
Vendor Fees
12 ft × 12 ft Cart or Canopy Space. $320
2–3 menu items
12 ft × 12 ft Standard Food Canopy. $450
Up to 6 menu items
12 ft × 20 ft Commissary Space. $470
Up to 7–10 menu items
Discounts may be available for vendors purchasing multiple spaces.
Payment Options
Online: After your application, you will be redirected to pay via PayPal where $7 credit card processing fee will automatically be applied. You do not need a PayPal account to make an online payment.
Check: Food vendors who prefer to avoid the credit card fee may mail their application with payment by check.

FINANCIAL POLICY
Returned Check Policy
Any checks returned by the bank will incur a $35 returned check fee.
Replacement Payment Requirement
If a check is returned, it must be replaced with a certified check, cashier’s check, or money order, and the additional fee must be included.
Check Payment Deadline
Checks should be submitted by Monday, September 7, 2026.
Confirmation Policy
Submission of your application and payment confirms participation in the festival, including the rain date.
Refund Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable, except if the event becomes fully sold out and your vendor space is successfully resold. Please note that refunds are unlikely before September and all requests will only be considered if the event is sold out and your space is resold.
