Vendor Information & Registration
We are thrilled to be back for Mainstage’s 29th Blackwood Pumpkin Festival and we are excited to have you join us!
Place: Blackwood Town Center and all of the adjoining streets
Date: Sunday, Oct. 2nd (Rain date: Sunday, Oct. 9th)
Time: 11:00am – 4:00pm
Expected Attendance: Over 10,000
Size: Spaces are 10’ wide x 10’ deep. All vendor merchandise and displays must fit within the allotted space. Vendors must provide their own tables. Electricity is not available. Most vendor spaces have the ability to accommodate tents, but this is not guaranteed.
Vendor Fees:
Craft and new item vendors
Non-profit: $65.00 (must have state-assigned non-profit status number)
For-profit: $100.00 per space-slight discounts available when purchasing multiple spaces
Vendors may register for a vendor space at the link below. It is important to note that a $10 credit card fee will be automatically applied to your registration. Vendors who do not want wish to pay the $10 credit card fee may mail a completed form with a check for the appropriate amount. See HOW TO REGISTER below.
$230. 8 x 8 Cart: 1 Menu Item
$290. 8 x 8 Cart: 2 to 3 Menu Items
$315. 12 x 12 Canopy Space: 2 Menu Items. (ex: popcorn and water)
$440. 12 x 12 Canopy Space: Up to 6 Menu Items in 1 Location
$465. 12 x 20 Commissary Space: Up to 8 menu items
A $30 Ground Services Fee will be applied to every application.

#4. If you wish to pay cash you must call the Festival Director at 609-405-0306 to make schedule arrangements.
