Financial Aid & Scholarships

Scholarships are available based on demonstrated financial need and are supported by our Ruth Ann Minnick Scholarship Fund. As part of the application process, families will be asked to provide proof of household income (such as pay stubs, W-2s, or tax returns). If there are any special circumstances affecting your financial situation, you are welcome to include that information. Note: All materials are reviewed confidentially.

Scholarship Terms & Conditions

1. Non-Refundable Fees
All fees, including but not limited to registration fees, administrative fees, or any family fees, are non-refundable. If a scholarship recipient withdraws from the class or is asked to leave for any reason, no part of these fees will be returned.

2. Forfeiture of Scholarship
A scholarship recipient who voluntarily withdraws from the program or is asked to leave will forfeit their scholarship for the current term.

3. Future Scholarship Eligibility
Students who withdraw from the program or are removed for disciplinary or other reasons may forfeit their eligibility for future scholarships. This determination will be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the scholarship committee.

4. Acknowledgment
By accepting this scholarship, the recipient and their family agree to adhere to all terms and conditions outlined above.

5. Maximum Annual Scholarship Amount
Each student is eligible for up to $1500.00 in scholarship per calendar year across all programs.

Looking for Financial Assistance for Summer Stage?

Mainstage is committed to making Summer Stage one of the most affordable summer programs in South Jersey. We also understand that tuition can still be a financial strain for some families, and we’re here to help.

While Mainstage does not offer partial payment plans, we do provide the following flexible payment options at checkout:

  • Credit Card

  • PayPal Credit: Up to 6 months to pay with no interest

  • PayPal Pay in 4: Make four interest-free payments

You can complete the scholarship application here or by selecting “Yes” to the financial assistance question at the end of the Summer Stage registration form. We kindly ask that you submit your application at least two weeks before the start of the session you wish to enroll your child in. Once your application is received, we’ll contact you within 7-14 business days with further instructions on how to proceed with registration and submit your family fee. Please note, Mainstage is unable to provide full scholarships as we aim to assist as many families as possible with our limited scholarship fund.
