Mainstage Center for the Arts is a non-profit performing arts organization committed to making the arts experience as rich and enjoyable as possible for all our patrons. In an effort to make our shows, performances, classes, and facilities accessible to as many as possible, Mainstage offers many services. |Dennis Flyer Theatre at Camden County College:
Performances at the Dennis Flyer Theatre are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair, companion seating, and removable chair arm or transfer seating are available in a variety of areas in the theatre.
These seats are clearly marked on our online theatre seating charts www.mainstage.org If you require additional assistance, our ticket sales personnel will be happy to assist you when you call 856-227-3091.
|Performing Arts Academy (PAA) Blackwood:
At our Performing Arts Academy, MCA offers classes in acting, voice, musical theatre, and dance. On the first floor of the 19th century Performing Arts Academy, our lobby area, a classroom/flex space, and a lavatory are wheelchair accessible. With the flex space we can make a class wheelchair accessible at PAA if it is not already. Please consult with our Director of Special Projectors at 856-302-6485 to make arrangements.
Sign interpretation is provided at two (2) Thursday evening 7:30 PM performances of our Summer Stage Children’s Theatre productions each season. Scheduled shows are announced each May and tickets for these performances are available on our website www.mainstage.org.
When calling our box office at 856-227-3091, please indicate your desire to take advantage of these services to ensure your seats will appropriately located to view the interpreters. If there are additional sign interpreted performances during the year, those performances will be advertised.
|Large Print Programs
Large print programs whenever programs are printed will be available at our box office.
|Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive listening devices are available to make our productions more enjoyable. We ask those needing assistive listening devices to make your request at least 10 days prior to the show. Please do so either at the time of your ticket purchase or by calling our box office at 856-227-3091.
